Abigail Conrad has spent her whole life training for one goal: to win the roses at the Arabian Youth Nationals. She’s given up friends, a social life, and doesn’t have time to even think about guys -- much less date!
Now that she’s headed off to college in the fall, it’s her last chance to be a Youth National Champion, and she won’t let anything distract her from that dream.
Except maybe Chase, the older brother of Abigail's biggest rival. He’s charming, funny, and possibly Abigail's biggest problem. How can she focus on riding when her mind keeps wandering to Chase’s green eyes and confident smile?
With her dream on the line, Abigail had better learn to fight her growing attraction to Chase, or she might end up losing the roses and the guy.

MY REVIEW -
She’s
focused, goal-oriented and doesn’t need the distraction – Abigail Conrad isn’t
going to be the Reserve Champion for the Arabian Youth Nationals. Her life-long
training is finally going to pay off when she’s going to win the roses. She had sacrificed so much for her dreams. While other
girls her age party and drinks, this girl is training her ass off. Heading off
to college in the fall, this is her last chance to win.
What she
didn’t expect was to meet this handsome, funny, charismatic, super hot guy-
Chase. Problem is that, he’s the older brother of Abigail’s biggest rival,
Sydney. Suddenly, she starts to lose her focus on her ride, instead, all she
can think about is him.
She was
torn between her dreams and the unexplainable feeling she has with Chase…
Nothing
is wrong with being focused on your goal and dreams, but nothing is also wrong
if you give yourself a break, have fun and fall in love. I feel sad for Abigail
because she had deprived herself so much because of her dreams. You can always
prioritize your dreams rather than have it as the only thing on your to-do list
whole your life. Sydney is not what I expected, she came in as a surprise in
the last part of the story. Then there’s the irresistible Chase, who understood
the pressure that Abigail has on herself, and he didn’t pressure her into
liking him or spending time with him. I think she knew she made a big mistake
when she let him go…
Good
thing she realized her mistake…
But will
it be too late for the both of them? will chase have her back?
It was
short, sweet and really light read. I like the fact that it’s clean but it wasn’t
robbed off of the romance that will still make you swoon.
