my review -
All of us have the ability to love people in infinite capacities.
My thoughts of PESH in the second book:
PESH! He's your dream guy. (The name is Indian because he's Indian but was born in the US)
* He's a doctor (meaning a stable job)
* He's a pilot too!
* He's thoughtful
* He's sweet
* He's not commitment phobe
* He's what EMMA needs at her situation.
* And He doesn't really exist in real life! or he belongs to the rarest of the rare male specie
The first time I came across The Pairing I said to myself – OMG! I can’t believe PESH is having his own story! (*SWOON*)
Dr. McDreamy Bollywood
I so love Pesh – the refined gentlemad, and I love Pesh with a dirty mouth. For those who have read the previous book – bet you can’t imagine him talking dirty, can you? So I was surprise and freakin turned on when naughty words started coming out from his mouth (SEE EXCERPT!!!). He is SOOOOO HOOOOT with or without clothes, and in and out of bed. So tell me what’s wrong, Megan? Why don’t you want him?
Because she had been hurt before, and her ex boyfriend had left after knocking her up. Now juggling between being a single parent, and finishing her nursing degree – she couldn’t handle the complication of a relationship. The two of them met at the baptism of Aidan and Emma’s son – everyone was trying to pair them up. But after a disastrous night (no thanks to the booze), she left his home and wished she can never see him again.
But fate has other things in mind when she was assigned to do her clinical on the very same hospital he was in. Despite the fact that she reminds him of the things he lost, he can’t still help but want her. However, he wanted something serious, she wanted to have fun. I know it’s quite the opposite of the norm. When he couldn’t beat her – he decided to join her and dance to her tune – just for a bit.
It was a game well-played for the both of them. I so had fun reading this novel. Watching who will win their battle of wills, and who will surrender first. Aidan and Emma are still very much in love, and he still freaks out over some stuffs which had me laughing. And the proposal – gaaaahd! It was epic. Totally unexpected, so unconventional and surprising. Nevertheless, I have to agree with Aidan when he said that they were a match. She needed her reigns, and he needed a free spirit.
I didn’t think I could fall in love MORE with Pesh, but as the novel goes on, he capture your heart because of his personality. He’s not just a good doctor, an intelligent man, but he’s really the whole package, so Megan, and Mason too, is really lucky to have him. As for Megan, I’m glad she realized she would make a mistake to let this amazing man go. She may be young, but she’s already a great mom to her kid, she had ambition and she never gave up on it, but what I love most about her is in the near-end of the novel, she’s a realist, she’s not selfish, and she understands PESH.
This is my favorite among the four in the series, not just because of this perfect man, but how the story turned about. I swooned, I laughed so hard, got that awww-moment and fell in love. I love that it is a stand-alone novel and would highly recommend it to friends.
