MY REVIEW -
Allie is about to have the perfect ending for her tragic life – her best friend, Shane is also in love with her, she’s near the people she loves the most, and she’s about to publish her first romance novel. Everything was too good, too perfect, I was wondering when will it all screw up. Ah yes, the past. See Allie here has a dark, painful past she tries to forget, and move forward from. Just as when she’s able to do so, it comes right back haunting her in full vengeance.
Meanwhile Shane is one hot alpha male that wants nothing but keeping Allie safe. He loved her so much that he’s willing to do anything for her. He might be overbearing and overprotective at times, but he will do everything to keep her away from harm. He knew she was the one for him, and he’s going to fight for them to be together.
The secondary characters: Tuck and Paxton – they were amazing. Just like Allie and Shane – their sexual chemistry was blowing the radar. I can’t wait for their story – I’m sure it would be an interesting one.
Theirs wasn’t an easy journey. Just was when they thought they have reached their HEA, an evil villain comes to get in between the two of them. I like the thrill of the chase, the suspense of what-is-going-to-happen-next and the anticipation of are-they-going-to-have-a-happy-ending-or-not. It had a perfect beginning, but would it have a perfect ending?

than 25 years. Along with her husband and two teenage boys, she shares her home
with her cocker spaniel’s Shadow and Mocha. She has been working full time at
the same Company for almost 35 years. Her life has been filled with the most
loving and caring parents, who are both in Heaven now but are still in her
heart and mind daily.
Vicki
enjoys reading books, too many on her Kindle and Nook to count, which is what
