I'm not a fan of men with dreadlocks. But who can not love Ash? He got me the moment he graciously accepted Hana's rejection - it's what gentlemen do, right?

I love how humble he is although he's one of the fastest in Nixon, how he adores and cares for his family, his passion for his sport is also admirable. He believed in his abilities and himself, without conceit. I like his confidence in winning the nationals- it wasn't eve showing off. Here is a man who knows his limitations and who knows what he is capable of. 

Ash is a total gentleman - truly. And there are only a few men who do not rush love and relationship. Now if Hana could not appreciate his "lack of actions" - totally her loss.

I just knew it!

I have this eerie feeling about Ryan the first time he appeared on the pages. 

"It means the girl will always choose the winner – not some guy like Seth or Kevin – but me."

Ryan is the type of guy every girl has been lusting for. He's the motocross champ, he's hot and he knew what he is capable of and he's not afraid to flaunt it. He's aggressive and would not settle for anything less. He's willing to do anything to win.  

"You're wasting your time." Ryan's sneer is obvious in his voice but he removes his helmet just to make sure we catch it. "She's going home with the winner, you know." Ash flings and arm around me, more confident than I have ever seen him, and says, "Guess I'll see her at my house tonight."

Have you ever felt you wanted to bump a friend's head because she's blinded by someone's look that they couldn't see through the faults? 

Oookaaaay - she's a teenager and is having a major crush on the rider with the smoothest move. It could be excusable. But Ryan - despite the hotness - is also arrogant and over confident. His passion for winning is not driven by his love for sport anymore. Instead, it's motivated by anger and unhealthy competition.

Ash is not making any moves at all. Hana wonders if he really likes her or was it just her imagination? Ryan, on the other hand is making his - and it seems fast that kinda overwhelms her senses. she's torn between two motocross gods. Can she chose wisely and give her heart to someone who's worth and won't break it?

Hana's relationship with her mom wasn't perfect and when she left home and surprised her dad, she didn't realized she'd grown to love the tracks as well as her step mom. I love Molly - she's not your cliche evil-step-mother. Instead, here's a woman who knows how to take care of her man and family, who has a big and generous heart and has a sunny disposition. Hana didn't know how to deal with her at first, but because Molly tries, and she's almost perfect - Molly found a way to Hana's heart. (Yep, more than just those mouth-watering burritos) 

I also love the fund raising they did when someone close to the family needed help. The event showed how the motocross as a community and as a family. Everyone came together, and supported the activity - regardless on which team, which tracks are they on. 

The anticipation of the 'kiss' will kill you and you'll be wondering if its ever going to happen or all these will come to nothing. 

I love Motocross Me because of the characters - I may not like some of them, but they're real. yes, these type of people really exists. I love the secondary characters such as Teig, Shelby, Shawn and even Hana's mom (which I like surprisingly at the near-end of the story). 

One of my favorite scenes was the National's. I rarely witness a motocross competition even in TV, but reading that scene puts you in the tracks with Hana. Anticipating. The description were to vivid that you can almost hear the sounds of bikes and cheers coming out of the pages. 

Motocross, hot riders, awesome plot, great characters, highly anticipated make-out session - yes, I enjoyed reading Motocross Me and I'm sure you will too! :)
