Book 2 of the steamy erotic
Master Chefs Series continues culinary student Taryn Cummings' and Master Chef
Errol King's forbidden relationship that challenges and shakes both to the edge
of all they've known. Could love exist after pain?
Savor Me is for 18+ due to mature subject and sexuality.
Warning: Savor Me is the book two of the Master
Chef series and you need to read Devour
Me prior to reading the sequel.
The story
picked up right after the first one ended – now Taryn is back from Paris. She’s
trying to start her life again without Errol, and trying to forget what
happened back in Paris. But Errol has other things in mind, he just couldn’t
let her go – so just days after she left, he followed her.
I couldn’t
blame her for succumbing to the charms of the Master Chef, when a situation
brought them back to each other’s lives, Errol did everything to show Taryn how
much she means to him. But after what she had been through, I thought she’d
allow him to whine, grovel and crawl into his knees more, rather than accepting
him that fast. On the other hand, she had inner battles with herself regarding
Errol. Her trust has been broken, she was still trying to find herself. Her
insecurities are eating her alive, especially when faced with a former lover. But
the attraction that they have, the chemistry that sparks between them is too
powerful to ignore.
This was
a one quick read, and I liked this one compared to the first book. Savor Me allowed readers to see a different
kind of Taryn and Errol. They have matured in dealing with their relationship,
and more honest about their wants, desires and expectations. Errol was very
respectful, and I love how he take good care not just of Taryn, but those
people she loved as well – you get to see him out of the kitchen domain and
more into the real world. I can’t wait to read the next one in the series. I
wonder if I would see a steamier and sexier Errol in book three.
