No woman ever expects to meet the man of her dreams at her bachelorette party...
It's just Jocelyn's luck that she meets her match at the fake bachelorette party her best friend throws for her. She knows better than to get pulled into any of Cee-Cee's antics. It must have been sheer exhaustion that made her agree to help her best friend out with a work project - one that ended up with her playing bachelorette for the night!
No man ever wants to be knocked off his feet by a woman he meets while she's wearing a bachelorette "suck for a buck" shirt...
Andrew knows that he wants Jocelyn the moment he lays eyes on her, but he's never been one to poach on another man's territory. He walks away but finds himself changed by the experience. Imagine his surprise when he sees her again, only to discover she isn't married and has never even been engaged.

my review
I loved Rochelle Paige since the time I have read the first book in
the Blythe College Series. It is one of my favorite series to date, it goes
better and sexier every time she published an addition to it. This time, it’s a
new series!
Jocelyn lost it all when her mother died. Her father didn’t want
her, she was shipped off to a boarding school. She was injured and can’t do the
only thing that she loved most – which is skating. She had learned to fend for
herself and become independent. She was lonely, good thing she has Cee-Cee. After
she was done with her post graduate studies, she went home and was eager to
start her career in sports rehab. She lands herself a great job, surrounded by
hot hockey players! Relationship was not on her priority list. She has a lot of
issues on her plate, and engaging in a relationship would just complicate it.
If Jocelyn is a shy girl, Cee-Cee is the complete opposite. Her driving
pull made Jocelyn agreed to pose as a fake bachelorette as a favor.
She caught the eye of the sexy, ex-NHL player, Andrew. After
retiring from the pros, he started on his business and opened several bars and
popular restaurants. He was tired of the game and was ready to find the ‘one’,
until he saw her. But problem is – the girl of his dreams is having her bachelorette
party.
Don’t you just love a guy who honors a bro-code? He can have her –
but instead of pursuing her, he decided not to thinking that Josie is about to
get married. But when he finally realized that it was a hoax – he did
everything to have this girl!
First, I wasn’t really fond of the cover since I think I have seen
this one on countless books. But as what the old saying goes: Don’t Judge The
Book By Its Cover.
READ IT.
It’s sexy. Funny. Steamy. Romantic. If you are tired of
gut-wrenching, tear-jerking novels, this one is a great read. No unnecessary
drama, but don’t get me wrong – they too have issues and relationship problems,
but nothing that could dampen your spirit and leave your heart broken. I love
that this book left me in a good mood, a total breather from the usual.
PLUS! You will see characters from the Blythe College Series, and I
was glad to bump into them, especially to Luca.

Excerpt
“Hi, Alec. I hope I’m not too early,” I heard a woman say softly after the sound of the door opening. Just the sound of her voice sent a chill up my spine.
“Not at all,” Alec replied. “Mom was just saying how excited she is you could come over before everyone else so she could catch up since it’s been so long since she’s seen you.”
“How sweet. It’s hard to believe it’s been seven years already. I guess they’re right when they say time flies,” she replied
“And I told you that you didn’t need to bring anything,” he scolded her in a teasing tone as they moved close to the kitchen.
I stood up from the table and hadn’t even taken a step when they made it into the kitchen. Alec hadn’t been kidding when he’d said that she wasn’t a dude. Jo, the girl my mom was urging my brother to ask out, was the caramel-haired beauty I hadn’t been able to get out of my mind since she was in my club. For her bachelorette party.
And then it hit me. My brother couldn’t ask her out because she was probably already married. It had been a little more than a month already. I glanced down at her ring finger and was shocked to find it bare. While I stood there in a stupor my mom had moved to give her a hug.
the author
I absolutely adore reading - always have and always will. My friends growing up used to tease me when I would trail after them, trying to read and walk at the same time. If I have downtime, odds are you will find me reading or writing.
I am the mother of two wonderful sons who have inspired me to chase my dream of being an author. I want them to learn from me that you can live your dream as long as you are willing to work for it.
When I told my mom that my new year's resolution was to self-publish a book in 2013, she pretty much told me "About time!"
Five Things You May Not Know About Sucked Into Love:
- It was going to be my debut book until the idea for Push the Envelope smacked me upside the head and wouldn't let go.
- The idea for Andrew and Jocelyn to meet at a fake bachelorette party was inspired by... a fake bachelorette party during a girls road trip weekend.
- I hadn't planned on Jason being a major part of this series until he insisted he get his own story - and girl!
- My favorite part of writing this book was the brainstorming session I had with my best friend many, many months ago.
- The idea of a boarding school that was famous for some of it's sports programs may sound far-fetched, but fact is sometimes stranger than fiction as there really is one in Indiana.
