I always enjoyed friends-to-lovers story. This one is no exception. I love both Chase and Kelsey. They feel like ‘real people’ - imperfect and flawed, but fun. They started being friends, then suddenly they went beyond that thin line of being friends-with-benefits.
I love Kelsey. Anyone can relate to her. She’s a nice girl who’s beautiful and smart as well. Although, she doesn’t really know that herself. She didn’t have the confidence to ask her boss out. She have been mooning for him for years now. But despite that fact, she’s easily likable -she’s a ray of sunshine and an amazing friend.
Chase is funny, nice and it doesn’t help that he’s sexy as well. I love the fact that he already noticed that Kelsey is special before anyone else did. I didn't like her boss Justin, despite the sexy British accent. I find him a bit stupid for not realizing what was under his nose this whole time.
I truly enjoyed how the story unfolded. Of Kelsey and Chase finally realizing that they are meant for each other.
I loved the first book in the series, Rascals - and Wingman didn’t fail my expectation. It’s loads of fun, whole lotta sexy and sweet - makes Wingman a perfect summer read.
