Erotic/Mature Adult Contemporary Romance
Releasing September 8, 2014
**Warning: This book is a wild, sexy beast of a read. 18+**
Putting a woman on her knees before me is what really makes my cock hard. I fuck with dominant force and absolute control. I demand complete surrender from my conquests.
Savage man, loner, warrior… I am dangerous at my core. I have lived amidst the untamed wild of the rainforest, in a society that reveres me and where every woman falls before me in subjugation.
Now I’ve been discovered. Forced to return to a world that I have forgotten about and to a culture that is only vaguely familiar to my senses.
Dr. Moira Reed is an anthropologist who has been hired to help me transition back into modern society. It’s her job to smooth away my rough edges… to teach me how to navigate properly through this new life of mine. She wants to tame me.
She’ll never win.
I am wild, free and raw, and the only thing I want from the beautiful Moira Reed is to fuck her into submission.
She wants it, I am certain.
I will give it to her soon.
Yes, very soon, I will become the teacher and she will become my student. And when I am finished showing her body pleasure like no other, she’ll know what it feels like to be claimed by an uncivilized man.
My Review
Uncivilized is a modern, hot,
sizzling retelling of Tarzan.
He likes control. He wants to
dominate. He wants her to surrender to him. But anthropologist Dr. Moira Reed
is bound by professionalism and ethics – no matter how much this uncivilized
man disarms her, and no matter how much she wanted to let him be in control,
her research is important. So, she tries to fight it, the sexual tension and
intense attraction that is palpable between them.
She was the one assigned to acclimate
Zach back into the real world. Zach didn’t want to leave his home for more than
half his life, but he was forced by the man who he considered as his father. He
was forced to return to the world that he was born into.
He tried to fight her, and I like
how Moira handled him. She didn’t impose. She didn’t force him. She tried to
compromise, and allowed him to adjust by his own. And he did, at first, he was
stubborn, but day by day, he starts to adapt. He starts to wear clothes, use utensils
– but one thing he wouldn’t give up – CONTROL.
He worked his way with Moira,
until finally, the beautiful professor could no longer deny the attraction and
submit herself to the pleasures only the uncivilized, untamed Zachary can manage
to give.
Characters are torn – Moira didn’t
want to compromise her work and Zach wanted to go back to the wilds. How will
their newfound attraction-slash-relationship survive when it seemed to be
doomed from the start?
It’s a wild, untamed, ride in the
jungles of Amazon, and the vast buildings of the city. Sawyer Bennett once
again had me in awe, completely enslaved by each pages, and swooning at this
unexpectedly wonderful man who knows which buttons to push (thank you Google!).
He had me panting, laughing and I was amazed on how he managed to adapt without
compromising his beliefs and principles.
What attract me most is that
Sawyer Bennett deviated from the usual norm, and made something extraordinary,
and extra hot out of an ordinary, familiar tale of a man who grew up in the
wilds, and found an unexpected romance from a woman who is the complete
opposite of him.
About Sawyer
USA Today Best-Selling author, Sawyer Bennett, is a snarky southern woman and reformed trial lawyer who decided to finally start putting on paper all of the stories that were floating in her head. She is married to a mobster (well, a market researcher) and they have two big, furry dogs who hog the bed. Sawyer would like to report she doesn’t have many weaknesses but can be bribed with a nominal amount of milk chocolate.
