I was excited by Casey’s story. I have been looking forward in reading this for a very long time – and I guess I wasn’t really ready for the strength of her character.

WOW.

I wasn’t really fond of her at first. She was a pretty bombshell who knows what she’s capable of, and she knows she can take any men to their knees. But she has some specifications: they have to be rich. And self-absorb. That’s it. No commitments, just sex. Here I thought only the male population (sorry for the stereotyping) is capable of doing those heartless thing.

There must be something in her past, because what she’s doing is certainly not normal. I knew Brody’s absence affected her greatly, and she was the one who took it a little bit hard. But I think the reason for her actions is MORE than that. There has to be something deeper, something more painful, and something that had broken her.

BUT WHAT?

Then here comes this HOT, ALPHA male who rides a Harley and completely not her type, but saw through her BS. Tenn was supposed to be one night. But he had kept his promises, and gave her the best sex of her life. Is it enough for her break her rules because she craves for another?

It’s not just her relationship with Tenn or her brothers that fascinates me. I love the bond she formed with his daughter. Totally no brainer – she became more of a friend and a confidant more than anything else. His daughter simply adored her.

I love their earth-shattering sex (no panties needed upon reading this book), but what captured me most is the journey that changed my view of Casey. From that heartless b***h she was on the first chapter, it was slow process, with some bumps in between. But she made love her b***h and suddenly, she was different. She viewed everything different. Day by day the walls that surround her heart crumbled. And it had me looking forward for their sweet talks and anticipating on for their profession of love over their out-of-this-world sex.

Love changes people – usually for the better. It makes them capable of anything they couldn’t imagine themselves doing. Yes, it can be a little scary, especially when you are faced with the intensity that is a stranger to your emotions. But when you finally get a hang of it – you’ll realize that it is the best thing that will happen to you.
