It was a quick read, so I have read it in one sitting.
Nevertheless, it wasn't THAT quick that you have a feeling that you're being rushed into falling in love between Kas and Elle. No. Their attraction was already there. The air was thick, full of anticipation of what's going to happen and the tension would bite right off the pages.
The anticipation was worth the wait because them together was just explosive.
The characters are amazing. I like Elle, the way she went to top without asking anything from her parents who could offer her anything on a silver platter. She was hurt before by someone whom she thought loved her but only ended up using her to get to the top. So I don't blame her if she was wary about Kas.
Kas - was definitely to swoon for. Who doesn't drool over hunky and sexy underwear models?
He's the one to love! He's funny, handsome, and knows his way in the kitchen. It's easy to like him. He was determined to have Elle, and would do anything to have her. What he did in the end? It was an AWWWWW-moment that made me love him even more. He didn't care if he didn't have anything at all as long as he have Elle.
