Zackary Knight has always had things handed to him. That's not the life he wants. Can't anyone see that he is more than just a dollar sign? What about the beautiful woman who just showed up on his doorstep? Is she someone he can finally open his heart up to?

Because his heart... it's a big one.

Ryan Ringbloom once again knocked me off my seat. I never really expected to like Kenna. I didn’t want to be judgmental and all that, but this girl is really trouble (at first). But once you get to know her, her history and how much Zack had changed her and her outlook in life, you will fall in love with her as well. She didn’t have an easy childhood, she has issues. This was an offer of a lifetime, something that was new to her, and she’d be crossing lines. She thought it would be easy, but she was so wrong. All the while I thought her conscience wasn’t working, especially, when she has all the reason in the world to just tell him the truth and clear her conscience.

As for Zack Knight, things were always handed to him. But he wanted to prove his father wrong, money can’t buy anything, most especially love. He had it with girls who want him for his money. He wanted someone to be with him because of him. And then she showed up: Kenna, the mysterious beautiful girl who just magically appeared on her doorstep. He has his worries, his suspicions. But the more he spent time with her, the more he proved that this girl wasn’t really after his money.

Or so he thinks.

What happens if he finds out the truth?

The title already caught my interest, to add that it was Ryan Ringbloom made this whole package more interesting. Her imperfect characters make this book quite believable. Here’s a girl whom you’d like to hate, I was prepared to loathe her, and yet ending up loving her for quite a few reason, even if it’s the near end of the story, Ms. Ringbloom made sure she gained her redemption. As for our man, he has a very, very big and generous heart. And that is something coming from a very difficult childhood. You will like him on the spot. I know we are used to those alpha males who slam their women on the walls and counters, but this guy is sweet, and thoughtful, but it doesn’t make him sappy. Just sweet.

It’s a fast-paced, page-turner, and you-can’t-help-but-get-hooked kind of read.
