REVIEW
Rating: 4.5/5
I got this book from Netgalley, I read the first two books in the series, and I was thrilled when I realized that I am about to read the third one.

Crosby Parks used to have a perfect, wealthy life. He has the car, the women and his pro-hockey career is almost within reach. Until, he realized that his perfect life wasn’t THAT perfect and he was sent to Alabama to escape everything. If he still wanted to play professional hockey, he must keep a low-profile and graduate from college. But it wasn’t that easy.

Because he got tied down to a tree. Naked.

Sabrina just decided to focus on herself from now on. But then she stumbles into a naked hockey player tied to a tree in the middle of the night that would completely change her life. Yes, she left him tied into the tree, and when he finally got free - things just got heated.

I love reading their banters, it was fun, like foreplay between the two of them. I was wondering who will succumb to who first. She didn’t really understand why he’s okay now, and an a** the next time. But when she finally got to know him, she understood where he’s coming from and she gave him a chance.

All was well, until something threatened not just his quiet life, but Sabrina’s as well. There was no way she was going down with him. So he did the stupidest thing he could do, and let her go. Arghh. I just hated him for quite sometime. Why so weak, Crosby? Why aren’t you fighting back?

Good thing Sabrina wasn’t going down easily. Yes, she was pissed. Yes, she was hurt. But she was going to get into the bottom of this. Don’t you just love a strong heroine?

I love the women characters strong, fierce and determined. Women who is not afraid to speak their mind and fight for what they want. J Nathan just introduced me to Sabrina, and she’s one heck of a woman!

It’s a good thing he finally got his brains off his a** and apologize in a wild, grand gesture.

I instantly fell in love with the characters in it. They were just amazing - strong woman and one determined man who finally decided to man up rather than shut up. I loved this book - it gave me all the feels.
