I followed almost every book in this series and was
delighted to see who starred in this book. It’s Noah’s turn for his HEA.
Knowing Noah in-depth with this book was quite
enlightening. You got to love him more after his light-bulb moment. His realizations
might turn him into a chick – but it was just quite adorable him wanting to
have what his others friends have – his very own happy ending. He was tired of
the mindless sex, and every girl wanting a piece of him. He wants to find ‘the
one’.
Their first meeting was epic, and I just knew it would be
as epic as their story. I didn’t expect for them to happen, among all the girls
in the world: IT WAS HER! It was a bit awkward and both of them had to think so
hard before jumping in – but everything was worth it.
I had a love-hate relationship with the girl. She was
strong as she was frustrated. I can understand her wanting to protect everyone
from all the dramas and unnecessary worries: but in this case, I think the
worry was necessary. She was in danger, and she was taking it lightly. She assumed
it wouldn’t come to that point.
Relationship is all about trust and honesty, and lying by
omission isn’t honesty. You need people around you to support you, guide you
and protect you even though you seemed to do okay by yourself. Asking for help
is never a sign of weakness. You might be strong, and people who loves you
knows it, they will stand right by your side and will patiently wait until you
finally need them.
Perfect combination of steamy hot and sweetness. The characters
and the plot can wrap you around in the pages, until you can find yourself
hooked in the story. I loved it and enjoyed reading it.
